“Staging is preparing a home for sale so the buyer can mentally move in.” Barb Schwarz, President of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. It is for this reason that I have chosen one of the brightest and sharpest home stagers in Rochester, MN to assist my clients in preparing their home to sell for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. What does it cost to you?! $2000? Nope! $1000? NO. 500? NO WAY. Because I see value in staging properties there is NO COST to my clients who list with me. I will pick up the tab for you.
I firmly believe in the benifits of home staging. For this reason I want to partner with you by providing my stager to come into your home to help you prepare your home for potential buyers to “mentally move in”.
Lighting, Smells, Cleanliness, and a Strong Presentation can be the difference between keeping and losing hundreds to thousands of dollars in your property.

I have often heard that people want to wait to spring to sell their properties. In theory that makes a lot of sense. The flowers are blooming, grass is turning green, and Minnesotans are just starting to come out of hibernation. But there are studies to show that Winter can be the best time to sell.
I have especially seen evidences of this here in our current market of Rochester, MN. Beginning in late January and early February we have seen the real estate market take off. Rochester currently is a market that has a shortage of homes to buyers which helps to keep properties moving. This scenario is great for sellers as they have the upper hand of supply and demand.
Yes, Spring is coming and new residents for Mayo clinic will be coming soon but it is important to be aware because of Mayo Clinic and our strong economy there are always new buyers coming into our market regardless of the time of year.
